四黄膏基质的选择与质量研究

【摘要】  目的 选择制备四黄膏的适宜基质并探讨其质量控制方法。方法 采用黄芩、黄柏、大黄、黄连4种药材的超微细粉制备不同基质配方的四黄膏,并考察不同配方的抑菌作用,同时进行初步稳定性试验研究。对最佳基质配方四黄膏进行薄层色谱法鉴别,观察其局部外用后对皮肤的刺激性作用。结果 水溶性型基质的四黄膏抑菌作用最强,最稳定,且无刺激性,制剂处方中主药均能被检测出。结论 该制剂质量可控,可为临床提供四黄膏的改进配方。

  Abstract:Objective To select the optimum bases for Sihuang Gao and study the method for quality control. Method Ultra-fine powders of Radix Scutellariae, Cortex Phellodendri, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Rhizoma Coptidis were used to prepare Sihuang Gao with different formulations, the bacteriostatic action of which were compared and stability were inspected. The best prescription was identified by TLC, and the skin irritation was observed. Result Sihuang Gao made of water-soluble base had a strong antibacterial activity and stable quality, and it was proved no irritation, the contents of active component could be detected by TLC. Conclusion The quality was controllable, and the improvement prescription can be used in the clinic.

  四黄膏由黄芩、黄柏、黄连、大黄4味药材组成,具有清热解毒、消肿止痛之功效,临床应用于疮疡肿毒。本试验使用4种药材的超微细粉就配制不同类型的软膏基质对抑菌效果和稳定性进行了比较,优选了软膏基质,为临床提供疗效确切的四黄膏配方,现介绍如下。

  1 仪器与试药

  黄芩、黄柏、大黄、黄连药材购于北京本草方源药业公司。黄芩苷对照品、大黄素对照品、大黄酚对照品、黄连对照药材由中国药品生物制品检定所提供。菌株为金黄色葡萄球菌,由本院检验科从临床患者标本分离所得。培养基采用M-H培养基。

  2 方法与结果

  2.1 药材的前处理

  将黄芩、黄柏、大黄、黄连4种药材用超微粉碎机粉碎成超微细粉[1]。取超微细粉制成四黄膏。
