芭蕉根的显微鉴别研究

【摘要】  目的为芭蕉根的进一步研究开发提供鉴别依据。方法用常规的显微技术观察组织构造和显微特征。结果芭蕉根横切面可见2~3个根迹维管束、皮层有草酸钙方晶和针晶束;内皮层和中柱鞘明显,韧皮部和木质部相间排列,成多原型,中央有大型分泌腔及纤维束;粉末中含有草酸钙簇晶和柱晶;淀粉粒边缘具有不规则断裂似的棱角,层纹清晰且分布细密。结论以上显微特征可作为芭蕉根的生药鉴别依据。

  ResultsRoot trace bundles,2-3, seen clearly on the transverse section of Rhizoma Musae, calcium oxalate solitary crystalares and raphides were found in Cortex. Endodermis and pericycle were obvious.The phloem and xylem were polyarch.The center had big secretory cavities. There were calcium oxalate cluster crystals and columnar grains in powder, irregular fracture edges on starch grain, annular striations were clear and close textures.

  ConclusionThe results can be taken as the reference of identification for the root.

  芭蕉根为芭蕉科植物芭蕉Musa basjoo Sied.et Zucc.的干燥根茎,为贵州省苗族的习用药材,具有清热解毒、止渴利尿之功效,主治天行热病、烦闷、消渴、黄疸、水肿、脚气、血淋、血崩及痈肿疗疮等[1],主要含有黄酮、蒽醌、香豆素、皂苷、多糖等化学成分[2]。目前,芭蕉根与其易混淆品的鉴别研究主要采用紫外光谱组法,并且它们之间的最大吸收峰数及峰位置有差异[3]。但芭蕉根的显微特征与其易混淆品是否有差异,目前未见研究报道。为了丰富芭蕉根的鉴别方法,本文对芭蕉根的横切面进行显微鉴别,并对芭蕉根及其易混淆品的粉末显微特征进行了比较,以期为芭蕉根药材鉴别提供一些依据。

  1 材料

  芭蕉根采集于贵州贵阳,经贵阳中医学院王祥培副教授鉴定为芭蕉科植物芭蕉Musa basjoo Sied.et Zucc.的干燥根茎;香蕉根分别采集于广东广州,经王祥培副教授鉴定为芭蕉科植物香蕉Musa nana Lour.的干燥根茎;美人蕉采集于贵州天柱岔处,经王祥培教授鉴定为美人蕉科美人蕉Canna generalis L.的干燥根茎。

  2 方法与结果

  2.1 芭蕉根药材性状[1]芭蕉根茎呈圆柱形,具棕色鳞片,直径10~20 cm。切片不规则,表面棕黄色,可见明显纤维束,质韧,不易折断,断面不整齐,纤维状。气香,味淡。
