磁共振对半月板损伤的诊断

        CT关节造影也有相似的报道结果[14],敏感性从79-100%。间接的MRI关节造影(经静脉内注入钆对比剂,弥散进入关节)报道敏感性为83-91%,特异性为78-100%,但是已经愈合的半月板撕裂也将增强是困惑评价的原因。因此,对比术前、术后MRI半月板撕裂的形态是有帮助的。
