市场导向理论研究展望

  三、研究展望
  针对市场导向理论研究已取得的研究成果以及存在的问题,本文认为,以下几方面内容可能成为市场导向理论今后的重要研究主题。
  第一,市场导向行业依赖性问题研究。通过对来自不同行业类型的企业样本的对比研究,探索市场导向理论是否存在明显的行业依赖情况,即是否有些行业内企业市场导向程度越高绩效越好,而另一些行业市场导向程度与绩效关系不大。如果存在这种情况,具备市场导向与绩效呈现正相关的行业具备何种特点或企业类型情况如何。
  第二,市场导向研究的分析层次问题。基于不同的分析层次,市场导向程度会有所差别,进而对绩效的影响作用也会产生差别。通过对组织中不同层次市场导向程度的研究,探索其对最终组织绩效是否存在差别,为市场导向的执行提供重要参考。
  第三,市场导向本土化量表的开发。市场导向研究受多方面情境因素的影响,已有的研究成果及量表工具都是引进国外发达国家的研究成果,而中国企业所处市场环境相差甚大,因此很有必要开发适用的本土化量表。
  第四,对市场导向理论内涵的多层面整合,也可能成为将来的研究重点之一。这些,都是市场导向理论已有研究成果尚欠缺的地方,也是市场导向理论体系形成中需要解决的问题。对这些方面的研究,将会对市场导向理论体系的完善提供重要的实证支撑。
